Bleach is strictly a disinfecting product, if you use bleach you must us a detergent first to remove biofilm and other gross dirt that protect the germs. Once removed you can apply bleach to kill those pathogens.

No, this process just increases the frequency of regular clean. Keep in mind enhance cleaning can be done by different person or even delegate to other departments to do.
Microfiber cloths will help housekeeper to get the friction they need to clean, where as bar wipes glide over the surfaces with out cleaning. To know more about microfibers, please refer to the module discussing Microfiber cloths, four-fold techniques and its care.
Every time you come in contact with a dirty surface you should change. For more knowledge, you should refer to modules discussing clean route, PPE donning and doffing, Isolation cleans etc. Also CISS representative can guide you through observations and coaching if you are in the program.
On average 4 cloths are used inside one room. 1) For fixtures inside room (door knob, light switch, tables etc.) 2) For Bed 3) For washroom fixtures (sink, assist bars, counters etc.) 4) Toilet. If you wipe something visible dirty you must change your cloth immediately especially in the washroom after cleaning bodily fluids. There sometimes up to 8 cloths can be used inside a room.
